My stay was incredible! The garden was a beautiful spot to unwind with amazing views of the Malvern Hills, and the cozy lounge with a fireplace was perfect for relaxation. I couldn't get enough of the full English breakfast, which was absolutely delicious!

the flat pillows were an absolute disgrace, and how 'charming' it was to hear every car pass by. I woudl’ve liked to receive some sort of room upgrade for the inconvenience. Honestly, the hospitality I expected does not match the reality. Almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

The evenings spent in the cozy lounge by the fireplace were truly memorable, and the stunning views of the Malvern Hills from the garden made our stay even more special.

Clean, comfortable rooms provide a decent night's sleep. Shared bathroom kept tidy, making it easy to refresh after a long day.
Road noise can be a nuisance, especially in front-facing rooms. Only one window functioning left it a bit stuffy at night, and the flat pillows weren't exactly the best for support. the postal address made finding the place a hassle initially.

Consider asking for an upstairs room to avoid street noise and ensure better airflow in warm weather.

The garden provided a lovely spot to unwind, and the views of the Malvern Hills from there were stunning. The cozy lounge with a fireplace was also a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.
Unfortunately, I had to deal with a troublesome noise issue since my room faced the road, and only one window was operational, making it pretty warm during the night. To top it off, the pillows were flat—not exactly what I’d call ideal for a good night's sleep. Finding the place was a bit of a challenge due to the postcode confusion, but the atmosphere was inviting enough to make up for it.

Had a great time with friends! The garden was perfect for relaxing after exploring Cheltenham Racecourse and Malvern Hills. The sitting room downstairs was a cozy spot for evening chats, and breakfast was top-tier. Sue's hospitality made us feel right at home!
Had a minor issue with shower pressure, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

The lovely garden was a serene retreat, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tasty breakfast options tailored to special diets (the bacon was a highlight! ). The welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home.
It would have been even better if the noise from the road outside had been reduced for a restful night.

Cozy stay with bike-friendly vibes
Sue was super nice and let me stash my bike safe behind the house. The room was comfy and felt really cozy. The location was perfect for exploring the town. Just wish the shower had more pressure! Breakfast had great options for special diets too, which was a plus.
